Kids classes

Adult Classes

Junior classes
Our junior classes are designed to help teenagers build confidence, discipline, and essential self-defense skills while staying active and engaged. These sessions offer a dynamic and supportive environment where teens can learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, improve their fitness, and challenge themselves in new ways. Led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of this age group, our classes not only teach practical techniques but also encourage teamwork, resilience, and focus. Whether they’re completely new to martial arts or looking to take their skills further, our junior classes provide the perfect balance of structure, guidance, and fun to help them thrive both on and off the mat.

Women's self-defence classes
Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Programme Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme is designed to provide a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment for women of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, learn practical self-defence skills, build confidence, or challenge yourself with a new sport, our classes offer something for everyone. Led by experienced coaches, each session focuses on fundamental techniques, positional control, escapes, submissions, and live training in a safe and structured setting. Beginners are encouraged to start at their own pace, while more experienced practitioners will continue to develop their technical skills and understanding of the art.
